Description
In Slavic folklore Baba Yaga is an anomaly- both nurturing earth mother and an evil villian who eats thosse who fail to complete her tasks.
Origins of her name are unclear but it is believed that baba means ‘old woman’ or ‘grandmother’, while yaga ranges from ‘snake’ to ‘wicked’.
Main materials : plywood, spanish moss, treated/sealed and painted chicken feet or goat horns (on some styles)
